1.During the use of the spreader, if the spinner rotation is not flexible or not in place, the adjustment nut should be checked, and then the following parts should be checked:
(1) Whether the tension spring of the pawl is damaged, if it is damaged, it should be replaced;
(2) Whether the transmission mechanism is stuck, such as stuck, is poor lubrication, it should be filled with lubricating oil (or grease) at the active connection of the transmission mechanism. If the guide pin is too tight, loosen the nut appropriately. If the connection is loose, the transmission pipe or other rod deformation, it should be corrected;
(3) Whether the stretch of the buffer spring is too small, if too small, it should shorten the length of the wire rope connected with the buffer spring.
2.The indicating marking paint on the spreader indicator board should be prevented from falling off during use. Once found, it is necessary to fill the paint of the original indicating mark in time.
3. For the wire rope on the spinner, it should be cleaned and coated with lubricating oil or grease in a timely manner, especially at the bend of the wire rope.
4. For the main stress components, suspension rings, twistlocks, ear plates and rigging shackles, under normal use conditions, they should be inspected at least once every 3 months, without cracks and serious deformation.
5. All oil cups, including the ratchet mechanism oil cup, the oil cup on the sliding bearing seat and the oil cup of the spinner lock box, the main active connection should be filled with oil according to the use of the situation.
6. Often check whether the rope card is loose, whether the buffer spring is over-stretched, and deal with the problem in time.
7. Each spreader shall not exceed the rated lifting weight, and the buffer spring shall not be overstretched.
8. The lifting process should be smoothly lifted to avoid deformation due to mutual impact between the lifting gear and the crane or other equipment.
